OUR GUARANTEE

FlameFighter Corporation products are guaranteed and warranted against defective material and workmanship only, for a period of ninety (90) days.

Products may be returned, transportation prepaid, to our factory for inspections.  To this extent we shall be responsible for replacement of defective parts.  We shall not be held liable for labor in replacing or repairing such products or parts by others.

PIERCING NOZZLES

FlameFighter piercing nozzles are warranted for a period of 5 years from data of purchase and may be returned, transportation charges prepaid.

SCBA Brackets

Have a limited lifetime warranty against defective material and workmanship only.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

FlameFighter Corporation will refuse all materials returned without company authorization.  Please call or write for a Return Authorization Number before returning materials.  A 15% restocking change will be assessed on merchandise returned, for credit on account, to cover restocking, handling, and repackaging.  All merchandise must be returned within six (6) months of the purchase date.
