SCBA Seating
Our Model #205 SCBA seat comes standard with
our The New "RSG II" NFPA compliant restraint uses a completely
redesigned system to hold the SCBA in place in the event
the vehicle is in a collision. It uses a positive locking
"Halo" to hold the top of the tank in place and a "Receiver" to
secure the valve end of the tank.
The Halo is released when the firefighter
simply pulls up on the receiver lever mounted conveniently on
the seat. The release lever can be mounted to the left,
right, or front edge of any seat.
The RSG II has be tested to a 10g impact and
complies with the 2009 edition of NFPA 1901 for use inside of
crew cabs.
It can be adjusted to fit any size bottle or
brand SCBA currently on the market.
