FlameFighter Corporation was established in 1987 with the introduction of an innovative product called the "FlameFighter" to be used in the Fire Service. This tool was invented by a Fire Chief from a small town in Northern Minnesota to keep Fire Fighters safe when extinguishing fires in concealed spaces such as walls, attics, vents, voids, and much more.
Starting with the success of this one product, we have grown into a company with over 100 useful products, divided into 11 product groups, and over 170 variations.
We distribute our products through a network of over 300 Fire Equipment Dealers worldwide, as well as being an OEM supplier to approximately 65 New Fire Apparatus Builders worldwide.

As a result of that commitment:
1994 - the product line was expanded to include SCBA Seating products, SCBA Brackets and related items.
1996 - Fire Hose Washers and Hose Bridges, Stor-It Conversion Kits for 4-door crew cabs and Air Bottle Carriers were added together with "Mobile Show Rooms" to display and provide a hands-on medium for firefighters to experience each product.
1998 - Collapsible Air Bottle Carriers for storing and transporting 6 ¾"; and 7 ¼" bottles were introduced.
1999 - The Companies NFPA compliant 3-Point Release Strap was patented and successfully introduced for restraining SCBA bottles in transit while at the same time allowing for a simple lanyard pull to release it.
2000 - FlameFighter Corporation introduced its 900 Series Piercing Nozzles. Four differently designed nozzles offer more varied piercing nozzle applications and provide a lighter and more maneuverable version of its bigger brothers The Original and Light Weight.
2001-2002 - Saw the introduction of a new line of Plastic Storage Boxes for fire extinguishers, SCBAs and other safety equipment.
2003 - We added Rear View Camera Backup systems to our line. Options include a rugged color or black and white system, all with infrared technology.
2004 - We moved into a new 10,000 square ft. office warehouse facility.
2006 - We introduced our first line of Hand Tools. This has grown to cover, Pike Poles, Drywall Hooks, Trash Hooks, Axes, Sledge Hammers and Bolt Cutters.
2007 - We purchased the Augustus Fire Tool product line. These nozzles are used to combat vehicle fires or fires in confined spaces.
